Judges should want to progress a breed through its initial transition from rare breed to acceptable healthy fit for life breed, if these judges who continue to place the poorer examples above those who comply with the standard , then any breed no matter what it is will suffer. Maybe a move to new order within the breed club is now inevitable as many are leaving due to the shortsightedness of those few at the top who are involved, thankfully they have used relatively few dogs which have not been good for the breed , but at the same time through ignorance they have the audacity to berate dogs which simply do not fit their way of thinking I am sure the problems that still have not been aired at the AGM are just a spat and that those who are harming the breed will soon be out of it mostly due to age , now that is one day every caring Havanese lover should look to as the day the breed was set FREE.....
